Sileo in Pacis

Another shot of my Seraphine OC costume. I'd found an old long-abandoned cemetery earlier in the year- some gravestones dating back from the late 1700's, even- and promptly came back on Halloween to shoot in it. I'll probably never get around to fully explaining my character's full and intricate backstory, but in this scene my 14th-century French noblewoman-turned-vampire is at the graves of her parents who died in the black death many years ago, while she was spared as she'd given her neck to keep from dying too. This shot also fantastically shows off my months of cloak embroidery (if only that one corner hadn't gotten flipped under...) with a nice medieval-styled pose. Also, about the cloak- all hand-embroidered, with the 72 sigils of the demons of the ars goetia from the Lesser Key of Solomon (a hard-to-find, but in print, book of very old magic, and with a prior book frequently attributed to King Solomon- en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lesser_K… . Kabbalah is so fascinating...). It's my baby and will be in my posession forever.
