Gronckle cube plushie

 A new addition to my HTTYD cube lineup; the gronckle! After seeing a tan-coloured dotted minky fleece that immediately made me think of Meatlug's main colour and warty skin, this idea came up. It was actually a bit harder than I thought; dotted minky is rather hard to cut out and line up nicely, and I spent quite a bit of extra time applique-embroidering the facial details (those teeth were not easy!).
 Similar dimensions to my Toothless cubes; about 7x7x7 inches not including the wings, stuffed with polyfill and some polypellet weight in the bottom, and the ears stand up with some plastic boning on the inner edges. The wings don't spread by themself, like with Toothless. And as it's minky, it's super soft! ...and yes, I also photographed it with one of my fancy rocks. Fortunately this one only likes cubic rocks. 
 Will be for sale at Genrecon, February 3-5! But unless the fabric store restocks the same fleece I finished off when I bought their last yard of it to make these, these won't be available for commission or online sale.
